2007 proved to be a great year for our family and launching the Kelly Marie Moulton Foundation was at its center.
Through my family firm, Americana Mortgage Group, we'd already organized four benefit golf outings since 2001. We'd contributed all proceeds, close to $250,000, to Make-A-Wish Foundation of Metro NY. You see they were one of several charities that helped our family during our youngest child's--Kelly Marie--severe heath challenges. A period that lasted well over a decade.
While Make-A-Wish was our first beneficiary, we realized that there were so many other programs that had helped us too and in equal need of our support. It was with this belief and family commitment to return the good deeds that had been extended to us, that we created the Kelly Marie Moulton Foundation.
Named for a woman we all admire and are blessed to have in our lives, it is our 17-year old daughter, Kelly Marie's wish to touch as many lives, in as many ways possible, to give back to the medical and charitable communities that stood by her, and our family during her battles against life-threatening illness and complications.

Mission Statement
The Kelly Marie Foundation is dedicated to improving the physical, psychological and emotional lives of severely-ill children and their families.
Toward this end, we support, through fundraising activities, charities that champion and further pediatric:
- Cancer Research and Treatment
- Organ Transplantation
- Wish Granting
- Medically-Supervised Recreation Programs
- Psychological Support Programs

The organization is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit, governed by a volunteer Board of Directors whose members receive no compensation for their services. It is registered with the Charities Bureau of the NYS Office of the Attorney General and the NYS Office of Charities Registration.
